Any profile, credential, permit, availability, or contact detail shown on the Site is presented for informational purposes and reflects data supplied by the listed professional or drawn from public sources. It may be out of date or incomplete.

Inclusion in the directory is not an endorsement, certification, or guarantee of any guide's or service's competence, insurance, permits, availability, or character. We do not verify every claim a listed professional makes about themselves. You are responsible for doing your own due diligence before hiring or climbing with anyone you find here.

You agree to use the Site lawfully and not to:

• misrepresent yourself or your relationship to a listed profile;
• submit false, misleading, or infringing content;
• scrape, harvest, or republish directory data at scale;
• use the Site to send unsolicited commercial messages to listed professionals.

Guides and guide services may claim or submit profiles. Claiming a profile establishes that you manage its content; it does not mean Dialed Guides has verified your identity, credentials, or permits. We may edit, suspend, or remove profiles that violate these terms or that we believe are inaccurate or misleading.

The Site's design, text, and original content are owned by Dialed Guides. Listed professionals retain rights to their own names, logos, and photos as shown in their profiles. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or create derivative works of the Site's compiled directory content without permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dialed Guides and its operators are not liable for any injury, loss, damage, or claim arising out of your use of the Site or your interaction with any listed professional. The Site is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be resolved in the courts located in California.
